Jedn\u00e1 se o soubor v\u0161ech mikroorganism\u016f, kter\u00e9 ob\u00fdvaj\u00ed na\u0161e st\u0159eva. Zdrav\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk m\u00e1 ve sv\u00fdch st\u0159evech okolo 1&nbsp;000 r\u016fzn\u00fdch bakteri\u00e1ln\u00edch druh\u016f. A mnohon\u00e1sobn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed je pak mikrobiom, co\u017e je soubor genom\u016f v\u0161ech mikroorganism\u016f s\u00eddl\u00edc\u00edch ve st\u0159ev\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed funkc\u00ed st\u0159ev je tr\u00e1ven\u00ed potravy a absorpce \u017eivin do na\u0161eho t\u011bla. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b&nbsp;role st\u0159ev, pota\u017emo st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobioty, je pro na\u0161e celkov\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed mnohem v\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Ve st\u0159evech se tvo\u0159\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 70 % imunitn\u00edch bun\u011bk, jsou tak na\u0161\u00edm nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm imunitn\u00edm org\u00e1nem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve st\u0159evech se t\u00e9\u017e tvo\u0159\u00ed 90 % serotoninu, zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho jako hormon \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed. St\u0159eva proto ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed i to, jak se c\u00edt\u00edme a na\u0161i celkovou n\u00e1ladu. Toto propojen\u00ed je ozna\u010dov\u00e1no jako osa \u201est\u0159eva\u2013mozek\u201c. Nav\u00edc st\u0159eva prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm imunitn\u00edch bun\u011bk ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed v&nbsp;podstat\u011b v\u0161echny syst\u00e9my na\u0161eho t\u011bla. Z&nbsp;tohoto d\u016fvodu se ust\u00e1lilo tak\u00e9 odborn\u00e9 ozna\u010den\u00ed osa \u201est\u0159evo\u2013pl\u00edce\u201c, \u201est\u0159evo\u2013j\u00e1tra\u201c a st\u0159evo\u2013k\u016f\u017ee\u201c. St\u0159eva ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed rovn\u011b\u017e n\u00e1\u0161 metabolismus, tj. pr\u00e1ci na\u0161eho t\u011bla s&nbsp;tuky a cukry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pe\u010dujte dob\u0159e o sv\u00e1 st\u0159eva, odvd\u011b\u010d\u00ed se v\u00e1m cel\u00e9 t\u011blo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed zdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu je kl\u00ed\u010dem k&nbsp;podpo\u0159e rovnov\u00e1hy st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobioty. Na co bychom tedy m\u011bli zejm\u00e9na db\u00e1t?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvn\u00ed oblast\u00ed je <strong>zdrav\u00e9 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>. Mezi pestrou a vyv\u00e1\u017eenou stravu je dobr\u00e9 za\u0159adit zeleninu, ovoce, lu\u0161t\u011bniny a celozrnn\u00e9 cere\u00e1lie, tedy potraviny mimo jin\u00e9 bohat\u00e9 i na vl\u00e1kninu. Rovn\u011b\u017e fermentovan\u00e9 potraviny, jako jsou nap\u0159. jogurty, kim\u010di a tempeh, kter\u00e9 jsou pln\u00e9 \u017eiv\u00fdch mikroorganism\u016f (laktobacil\u016f a dal\u0161\u00edch). Do vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9ho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed t\u00e9\u017e zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zdroje tuk\u016f. Z&nbsp;b\u00edlkovinov\u00fdch zdroj\u016f je preferovan\u00e9 ryb\u00ed nebo b\u00edl\u00e9 maso. Vhodn\u00e9 jsou tak\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky stravy bohat\u00e9 na vl\u00e1kninu a \u017eiv\u00e9 mikroorganismy. Naopak se doporu\u010duje omezit konzumaci cukr\u016f a pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovan\u00fdch potravin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud se n\u00e1m neda\u0159\u00ed pravideln\u011b konzumovat pestrou a vyv\u00e1\u017eenou stravu, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 diverzit\u011b st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobioty, je vhodn\u00e9 do stravy pravideln\u011b dopl\u0148ovat probiotika a prebiotika prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm dopl\u0148k\u016f stravy, nap\u0159. <strong>zna\u010dky <a href=\"https:\/\/www.klubzdravi.cz\/vysledky-vyhledavani?searchmode=anyword&amp;searchtext=Biopron%20\">Biopron<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dostate\u010dn\u00fd sp\u00e1nek<\/strong> je jeden z&nbsp;aspekt\u016f, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee ovliv\u0148ovat obezitu. Proto\u017ee n\u00e1\u0161 tr\u00e1vic\u00ed syst\u00e9m pracuje p\u0159es\u010das s mal\u00fdm nebo \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdm odpo\u010dinkem, m\u016f\u017ee doch\u00e1zet k&nbsp;jeho p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a oslaben\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pohyb<\/strong> je z\u00e1kladn\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed zdrav\u00e9 funkce st\u0159ev, proto je dobr\u00e9 se v\u011bnovat pravideln\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 aktivit\u011b. Pravideln\u00fd pohyb udr\u017euje v pohybu nejen na\u0161e t\u011blo, ale tak\u00e9 na\u0161e st\u0159eva, co\u017e m\u00e1 pozitivn\u00ed vliv na spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 tr\u00e1ven\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se stresu<\/strong> p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k&nbsp;v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 vitalit\u011b. Stres je jedn\u00edm z faktor\u016f pod\u00edlej\u00edc\u00edch se na vzniku mnoha onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Doporu\u010duje se tedy si naj\u00edt zp\u016fsob, jak se i b\u011bhem ru\u0161n\u00e9ho dne uvolnit nap\u0159. kr\u00e1tkou meditac\u00ed nebo pauzami mezi prac\u00ed. Vhodn\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 dop\u0159\u00e1vat si pravideln\u00fd odpo\u010dinek. Tuto znalost maj\u00ed \u010dast\u011bji \u017eeny, lid\u00e9 s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00edm a pak v\u011bkov\u00e1 skupina 30\u201359 let. Naproti tomu mlad\u0161\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00e1 generace do 29 let potvrdila spr\u00e1vnou odpov\u011b\u010f jen z jedn\u00e9 t\u0159etiny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skoro 40 % \u010desk\u00e9 populace v\u0161ak nev\u00ed, co term\u00edny mikrobiota a mikrobiom znamenaj\u00ed, by\u0165 13 % z nich ji\u017e tyto pojmy alespo\u0148 sly\u0161elo. Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 35 % respondent\u016f pr\u016fzkumu potvrdilo, \u017ee o sv\u00e1 st\u0159eva v\u011bdom\u011b pe\u010duj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Necel\u00e1 polovina \u010cech\u016f potvrdila u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed probiotik a prebiotik v podob\u011b dopl\u0148k\u016f stravy, v\u011bt\u0161inou ale nepravideln\u011b (32 % uvedlo, \u017ee tyto dopl\u0148ky stravy u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 n\u00e1hodn\u011b). Pravideln\u011b u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 probiotika necel\u00fdch 16 %.
