V\u00fdskyt chudokrevnosti, tzv. an\u00e9mie, z\u00a0nedostatku \u017eeleza je v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed krevn\u00ed chorobou, postihuje a\u017e 20 % \u017een, p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 5 % mu\u017e\u016f a vyskytuje se i u d\u011bt\u00ed. Jeho deficit v organismu se nemus\u00ed projevit ihned, je ale vhodn\u00e9 pozorovat sign\u00e1ly, kter\u00e9 jej nazna\u010duj\u00ed. Dlouhodob\u00fd nedostatek \u017eeleza m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st ke zdravotn\u00ed komplikaci zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako an\u00e9mie.&nbsp;<em>\u201e\u00danava, nev\u00fdkonnost, bolesti hlavy, du\u0161nost, bu\u0161en\u00ed srdce, vypad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed vlas\u016f\u2026 i tak se m\u016f\u017ee projevovat an\u00e9mie z nedostatku \u017eeleza,\u201d<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>MUDr. Jitka Koppov\u00e1<\/strong>. Mezi dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dast\u00e9 projevy an\u00e9mie pat\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1vrat\u011b, p\u00e1len\u00ed jazyka, popraskan\u00e9 \u00fastn\u00ed koutky, k\u0159ehk\u00e9 nehty, studen\u00e1 chodidla a dlan\u011b, syndrom neklidn\u00fdch nohou, poruchy sp\u00e1nku a pam\u011bti, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 imunita \u010di sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 funkce \u0161t\u00edtn\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1zy. Ne v\u0161ichni pacienti s&nbsp;nedostatkem \u017eeleza maj\u00ed ji\u017e an\u00e9mii, tud\u00ed\u017e nemus\u00ed m\u00edt v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky rozvinut\u00e9 v&nbsp;pln\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e. Mohou b\u00fdt ale unaven\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, s&nbsp;men\u0161\u00ed toleranc\u00ed n\u00e1mahy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An\u00e9mie nej\u010dast\u011bji postihuje \u017eeny b\u011bhem menstruace, anebo v pr\u016fb\u011bhu t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed, pak i p\u0159i samotn\u00e9m porodu a po cel\u00e9 obdob\u00ed kojen\u00ed. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 denn\u00ed pot\u0159eba \u017eeleza je u menstruuj\u00edc\u00edch \u017een 15 mg a u t\u011bhotn\u00fdch \u017een se dokonce jedn\u00e1 a\u017e o trojn\u00e1sobnou d\u00e1vku. U mu\u017esk\u00e9 populace je nej\u010dast\u011bji na vin\u011b genetika, nekvalitn\u00ed strava, nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eeleza, obezita nebo prod\u011blan\u00e9 zran\u011bn\u00ed s&nbsp;vysokou ztr\u00e1tou krve. N\u00e1chylnost k&nbsp;an\u00e9mii mohou m\u00edt ale i profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed sportovci. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 denn\u00ed pot\u0159eba \u017eeleza u mu\u017e\u016f je 5 mg. Riziko onemocn\u011bn\u00ed ale existuje rovn\u011b\u017e v&nbsp;d\u011btsk\u00e9m v\u011bku, zejm\u00e9na od 6 do12 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f \u017eivota a do 5 let.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obsah \u017eeleza v t\u011ble je mo\u017en\u00e9 zjistit na b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 prohl\u00eddce na z\u00e1klad\u011b odb\u011bru krve. Vysok\u00fd obsah \u017eeleza m\u00e1 nap\u0159. \u010derven\u00e9 maso, vnit\u0159nosti, ryby, dr\u016fbe\u017e, d\u00e1le zelen\u00e1 zelenina, vejce, ml\u00e9ko a lu\u0161t\u011bniny. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm zdrojem jsou tak\u00e9 o\u0159echy, su\u0161en\u00e9 houby, obiloviny, su\u0161en\u00e9 ovoce a ho\u0159k\u00e1 \u010dokol\u00e1da. \u201e<em>Co se t\u00fd\u010de \u017eeleza z\u00a0\u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch produkt\u016f, na\u0161e t\u011blo ho dok\u00e1\u017ee vst\u0159ebat p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b z 30 %, u rostlinn\u00fdch produkt\u016f je to pouze asi 10 %. A\u010dkoliv rostlinn\u00e9 produkty \u010dasto obsahuj\u00ed v\u00edce \u017eeleza ne\u017e ty \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9, je pro na\u0161e t\u011blo jeho forma velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b vyu\u017eiteln\u00e1,\u201d<\/em> vysv\u011btluje <strong>MUDr. Jitka Koppov\u00e1. <\/strong>Z\u00a0tohoto d\u016fvodu je tedy vhodn\u00e9 potraviny bohat\u00e9 na \u017eelezo kombinovat s\u00a0vitam\u00ednem C, kter\u00fd podporuje jeho vst\u0159ebatelnost, doporu\u010duje se \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed konzumace raj\u010dat, \u010derven\u00e9 papriky, zel\u00ed, citrus\u016f \u010di r\u016f\u017ei\u010dkov\u00e9 kapusty. Vegani, kte\u0159\u00ed nekonzumuj\u00ed \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 produkty, mus\u00ed o to v\u00edce za\u0159azovat potraviny bohat\u00e9 na \u017eelezo a vitam\u00edn C. Doporu\u010duj\u00ed se su\u0161en\u00e9 houby, p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 otruby, dro\u017ed\u00ed, d\u00fd\u0148ov\u00e1 a slune\u010dnicov\u00e1 sem\u00ednka,\u00a0lu\u0161t\u011bniny,\u00a0ovesn\u00e9 vlo\u010dky, su\u0161en\u00e9 ovoce,\u00a0zelen\u00e1 zelenina a dal\u0161\u00ed. Afrika a \u010d\u00e1sti Asie se na t\u011bchto statistik\u00e1ch pod\u00edlej\u00ed z\u00a0v\u00edce ne\u017e 70 %, severn\u00ed Amerika oproti tomu jen z\u00a01\u20132 %. V\u00a0rozvojov\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b je v\u00fdskyt an\u00e9mie mnohem \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, vyskytuje se a\u017e u dvou t\u0159etin tamn\u00ed populace.
