M\u00edsto toho, abys po\u0159\u00e1d n\u011bco honila, si dovol b\u00fdt jen tak \u2013&nbsp;<strong>sama sebou, se v\u0161emi chybami i p\u0159ednostmi<\/strong>. Dokonalost je iluze, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1s nut\u00ed srovn\u00e1vat se s ostatn\u00edmi. A pr\u00e1v\u011b to n\u00e1m \u010dasto kaz\u00ed radost z p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9ho okam\u017eiku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:41px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Bu\u010f vd\u011b\u010dn\u00e1 za mali\u010dkosti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:41px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd den se najde n\u011bco, za co m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 b\u00fdt vd\u011b\u010dn\u00e1 \u2013 i kdy\u017e to na prvn\u00ed pohled nevypad\u00e1. Kdy\u017e si ka\u017ed\u00fd ve\u010der zap\u00ed\u0161e\u0161 t\u0159i drobnosti, kter\u00e9 ti ud\u011blaly radost, zjist\u00ed\u0161, \u017ee tv\u016fj \u017eivot je pln\u00fd kr\u00e1sn\u00fdch moment\u016f. V\u011bnuj se tomu, co t\u011b bav\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:41px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nen\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, jestli jde o kreslen\u00ed, zp\u011bv, pe\u010den\u00ed nebo \u010dten\u00ed kn\u00ed\u017eek \u2013 hlavn\u00ed je, \u017ee t\u011b to t\u011b\u0161\u00ed. Kdy\u017e d\u011bl\u00e1\u0161 n\u011bco jen pro sebe, bez tlaku na v\u00fdkon, automaticky roste tvoje spokojenost. Pokud jsi neust\u00e1le obklopena chaosem, v\u011bcmi, kter\u00e9 ti nic ne\u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed nebo barvami, kter\u00e9 ti nesed\u00ed, t\u011b\u017eko se bude\u0161 c\u00edtit \u0161\u0165astn\u00e1 a v pohod\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zkus si tedy vytvo\u0159it\u00a0<strong>prostor, kter\u00fd ti bude skute\u010dn\u011b vyhovovat<\/strong>. Kvalitn\u00ed vztahy jsou jedn\u00edm z kl\u00ed\u010d\u016f ke \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, i kdy\u017e jich nen\u00ed mnoho.&nbsp;<strong>N\u011bkdy sta\u010d\u00ed jeden opravdov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edtel<\/strong>, ne\u017e des\u00edtky povrchn\u00edch zn\u00e1m\u00fdch. A kdy\u017e se c\u00edt\u00ed\u0161 sama, klidn\u011b napi\u0161 n\u011bkomu, s k\u00fdm sis dlouho nepsala \u2013 mo\u017en\u00e1 ho pot\u011b\u0161\u00ed\u0161 i sob\u011b ud\u011bl\u00e1\u0161 radost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:41px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
